YOU ARE HOME

As you walk through the door, you feel relief. You can express your feelings as much as your heart desires without anyone to judge you. It carries many emotions from your entire childhood all the way till now. You can be who you are without anyone to judge you, but that is ok because this is home. As you walk down the hallway, you get this sudden warmth, like your mother hugging you really tight. It feels welcoming. There are many moments captured there. Some are funny, some are weird, and some are sad, but that’s okay, because this is home. As you enter the kitchen, your nose gets hit with a variety of smells. Some are heavenly, some are downright disgusting, but don’t worry, this is home. Once you start watching your favourite show, a wave of emotions hit you, funny, anger, happiness, sorrow, and jealousy, but that’s okay you’re home.
