Home To Me

Home to me is a cozy safe place where I can share my feelings and emotions. I feel like people love, listen and understand me here. My house is a cozy, safe place because I can share my feelings with my loved ones who live here with me. I also can trust anything I say will stay with them and in a safe place. When I think of my house I always think of the good memories I have had with the people in it and my time in it. Thinking about my house just makes me feel safe and warm inside. My house is somewhere I will always feel loved and know people are listening to me. I also know I can be myself whenever I want and people won't judge me. I have people who live with me here, and they love and listen to me in a way I can’t describe. I was raised in my home and it is a place I feel comfortable in. My mom always says “We’re lucky to have a roof over our heads,” and I am. Everyone deserves a home so they can feel safe and warm. This is why the saying, “home is where the heart is,” is truly meaningful. My heart feels so full when I’m at home with those I love.
