Home
The meaning of home for me is a thing that is pretty simple to explain.
It's a feeling attached to a place that's usually a living space like a house, just like all the other feelings it isn't constant, even when in a house with tons of memories. The feeling only occurs when a memory is being made, not after. In my opinion, in order to have a house feel like a home it doesn't require memories in the space although usually it does, for example, a place with tons of fun and memories doesn't have all that magic if you're just home alone or on your phone or something along those lines. It needs friends, conversation, an event, and/or cooking.
Whether that event be a holiday, a birthday, or a sport, it doesn't matter as long as there's fun and gathering.
For example, picture this, music playing in the background while people are sitting at the couch or dinner table talking, food is ready and the scent fills the air, dogs are practically setting up camp by your legs waiting for a little bit of food to accidentally drop. This is how home feels like to me,
That's all folks!
