Home is Everywhere

Home is not just a house with walls and a roof. To me, home is a wonderfully vivid feeling. It is the place where I feel loved and appreciated by the people around me. Even on my saddest days, home can turn my tears into stars because I know I will always be comforted there. Home is a place where I don’t have to pretend to be someone else . It is a place where I always feel safe, and understood. At home, I am encouraged to be my best self so I try to do well in school which means keeping up my grades, but also becoming a better person. Learning how to be a generous, understanding person and to keep my environment in a better place than I found it.  These lessons start at home and home is where your heart is.  You could be at the bottom of the ocean or at the top of Mount Everest, you will still feel at home because home is not just a place it’s where you feel safe and happy!!
