Home to Me

Home to me is like a loving hug or high five that’s been waiting all day just to welcome me back from school. I feel like when I get home there's a giant shield all around me then I feel like no one, or nothing can hurt me, it's just like magic! Another thing I like about home is that no matter what my parents cook it always smells and tastes delicious. In the hallway there are pictures of our past that lead us to the future and beyond. When my friends come over, it’s like my house turns into a giant tree house of fun and friendship. In the end, when I go to bed I don't even wonder what I’ll dream about because home always leads me to good vibes.
