Meaning of HOME

When my parents leave the house, I’m sad, because it is dark like a shadow. But when they come back, it is like a warm wind. The lights shine like a miracle happened in my home, and I feel love. But when they're gone, all I feel is empty. A home is a comfortable, warm hug. My bed is like a rocketship, and when I jump, Ican touch the stars. My shower is the deep blue sea, and when I go in the deep blue sea, I can swim with the fish. When I look in the mirror, I hear my heart thumping, and I see my face, and when I turn, I see Mom and Dad come in and hug me. I feel warm when they hug me. When I come back from school, I smell soup on the stove. I also hear Forest Frank's music in the background, and I feel happiness and joy in my body. But tonight I do not smell soup, I smell something different, ike nachos and melted cheese. Delicious! We pray to God before we eat our food. We are very thankful that God made us, and we thank our Lord. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for giving people a chance to have what I have! We appreciate you building homes for people, and that you guys build nice homes. Thank you!
