What Is a Home?

A home is a place where you feel safe. At home, you can be free and have fun. A home is a place that you have your everything in, where you get home from a bad day at school and your mom is there to help you. That is what a home is. A home can feel like a nice warm hug that is very cozy and comfy. It feels like organized chaos with your stuff everywhere, but somehow it is perfect. In my home, I can hear my parents talking about their day at work. A home is a place where you can here a little song or jingle go off when the oven is done. The smells of home wrap around me. A home is a place where you can smell your mom making mac and cheese in the kitchen. It is a place where you can smell the perfume you sprayed this morning in your bedroom and also a place to smell a candle burning in the living room. A home is a place that I see my parents laughing when we are eating dinner and when me and my sister talk about something stupid that happened at school today. My home is a place that I see my bedroom neat, clean, and beautiful. There is a first time for everything. In my home I can taste the amazing chicken noodle soup my papa made for me. It feels like an amazing warm, cozy hug. I can also taste my moms amazing wonderful mac and cheesy, it is soooooooo creamy and delicious. In my home I also taste my dad's home-made spaghetti. It is so gooooooooooood. Yum. What is a home a home? It is a place that is nice and comfy and feels like a warm hug. A home is a place where you are loved and treated well. A home is an amazing place to be.
