This IS Home

“Home, the spot of Earth supremely blest, a dearer, sweeter spot than all the rest”- Robert Montgomery What is the difference between home vs house? A house is just some bricks and a roof whereas a home is a soft place in your heart. A house is merely a place to live. A home is a sanctuary of love and trust. A house has no memories until you come and surround yourself with people you love and trust, and they do the same back. A home is a haven of safety and trust, a sanctuary of love, and a space of tranquility. In a home, you can simply be yourself, just live freely, and not be judged. You are free in a home! In my home, I have my parents and a sister who love and care for me -these are the people that I can talk to freely without the fear of being judged. In my home, when I go to sleep, I am not worried about anything. This is why I don’t just like my home, but I love it. This is home - a place where you are not judged, you are loved and cared for, you can talk freely, and you feel safe.
