The Meaning of HOME

Home is a cozy place, by how you make it. I love when my mom makes dinner, and we talk about our day. Home isn’t just a place with four walls. It’s a place where you spend time with your family. Of course, your house isn’t the same as mine. It doesn’t matter if you have the same house; the inside will be different. If I didn't have a family, there would be no home. A home is a place where it doesn’t matter how big or how small your home is. It is still your home. My home is a place where I have a fun time with my family, play board games and watch movies together. My home is my happy place. My home is where I spend most of my time with my family. When I get home from school, I always see my cat sleeping. Even when you're feeling down, your parents will support you. A home is a place where you celebrate holidays and birthdays. My home is a fun place to hang out with my friends and family. My home is my favourite place. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for supporting me and many others.
