My Home

My home is a place were I feel safe and cared for. In my kitchen I can smell the food my mom cooks, and see the candles lit at the table. In my living room I can hear my sister on call with her friends and my mom watching cop shows on the tv. My downstairs is my favourite place to hang with my friends. There I can hear laughter and chatting. I also practice gymnastics on my bar, beam, and air track. My basement is like a home gym where can I do workouts with my mom, stepdad, sisters, and brother. In my bedroom I love to watch shows like “Stranger Things” and “Fuller House”. I like enjoy doing my nails and drawing in my room. My backyard is a place full of laughter, memories and bonfires. I love to watch the memories of my dog playing in my backyard in my head. My dog Xena loves to swim in the pool and play with her red ball in the summer. Re-watching memories from when I was little brings me lots of joy and happiness. My favourite thing about my home is family gatherings, reunions, and celebrating birthdays. Home is where my heart is.
