Home is a Place Where...

Home is a place where I can relax after school. I make memories with my family. I love my home so much. Home is a place where I feel safe. I play with my friends and my sister outside in the snow. When we go in, we are greeted by my wonderful mom. Then I read a book until supper and then I go to sleep in my warm, comfy bed. I am grateful that I have a home because a home is not just a house. It is a place where I feel safe because my family protects me. I make memories with my family wherever we go because home goes along with us. I smell the delicious noodles that my dad makes. They taste sooo good! It is my favourite thing that he makes. I like to play catch with my dad, too. It is fun because he can throw the ball far. Thank you so much Habitat for Humanity for building homes for the people that need them. I hope you can keep doing it for more people.
