Home to Me

Home isn't just a place, it's all the people that make it so special. Home can be like a cozy blanket on a cold winter day. To me, home is like a knight, strong to protect me from my problems. My two favourite places in my house are… #1 the dining room. I love coming home to the smell of my dad’s famous cooking, it’s like a sign for us to all sit down and enjoy the lovely food that my dad works so hard to make for us. #2 My room. I love my room. It’s one of the only places in my house that is not crowded with one of my siblings and their friends. My room is my safe a place where l can play with my dog and hang with friends. My room can also be a place to hang out with my friends and chill. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for providing everyone with a safe and stable home, because l know that you're helping so many families with their housing situation.
