My Meaning of Home

People can describe home in a lot of different ways. When I was little, I had to live with my nan on my mom's side with my sister. Then I moved into my mom’s house. Then my mom met my stepdad. They surprised my sister and me with a new bike. My sister and I were so excited. My sister and I rode our bikes everywhere. We were so happy. My sister and I were so happy we had a family that cared for us, and we had a cozy home. In the kitchen was where we played board games and had yummy meals. My sister and I were always full. My living room is where we watch movies and play with my cats. Every summer, since I live up the street from Bowring Park, we go swimming there. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity for helping people in need.
