Home is Not A House

Home is special, not locks, blocks windows and rocks Home is where we can have fun, not just play xbox. Home is not only where we watch tv It’s where we might be free with family. I can be disappointed at home And then I can go to my quiet zone. Home is where I can be excited on Christmas Eve even if there's no presents under the Christmas tree. I’m happy to have 4 walls and a roof While some people’s homes aren’t even waterproof. Some people call home under a bridge And some homes might have an empty fridge. Some people don’t have warmth, water or food. But my home is where I am in my happy mood. Home is my happiness, kindness and pride, Home is where I get supplied. PS: Thank you to Habitat For Humanity for doing such a great thing for families in need.
