The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home A home is more than a house. It's a place where I feel loved,happy, safe and relaxed. It's where I find my family, my pets and where I can be me. As soon as I walk in my front door I feel happy because my dog is there to greet me. Then I go sit on my couch where Winnie, my dog, cuddles me. When I'm at home I feel like I'm safe to do anything I feel like doing. Sometimes I just lay on the couch and watch a show. My home isn't just a house. It's a place where I can be me. I can do anything at home and I don't have to act like someone else. It's also a place where I feel loved , Home is where I can be with my family. It's where I laugh with my family and watch movies with my dad when he's home. I can sing in the shower in front of my family and It makes me feel happy when I'm with my family. Home is where I can be with my family and make memories. This contest made me think about my home a little bit more and how lucky I am to have a home.
