What Home Means To Me...

Home is where my family is. Home is not only where I live, but it's where I feel safe and loved. I am so lucky to have a family and a home that makes me feel safe because some people don't. If I came home one day and my family was gone it wouldn't feel like home anymore. My home holds my most cherished memories with my family and friends. One of my most cherished memories is Christmas, everyone laughing, singing and screaming because their presents are so good. I love Christmas, but it is not because of the presents under the tree, it's because I get to spend a lot of time with my family. Home feels like my heart and soul. Home is somewhere I can calm down and relax if I'm having a hard day. Finally, home is where I can just be me.
