My Old Home
This is my old home which is the most special place I know. When I come in I notice the bright, poised, green trees in my yard. I see my colossal deck my dad built. It feels relaxing when we barbecue lamb skewers together as a family. I spot my good ol’ kitchen and smell the succulent food my mom is making that tastes as good as economy class airplane meals. I can taste the wholesome, IKEA, Swedish meatballs my mom made for dinner.
As I almost finish my flavorful meal I read a book like Big Nate. Later, I hear a thump and I identify the FedEx Ground Express guy and I say, “Hi.” It is almost time for bed so I walk upstairs, brush my teeth and I take a nice, steamy shower to have a fantastic sleep. I wake up at the crack of dawn and hear the birds chirping cheerfully. I come down the stairs and eat a luscious chocolate cheesecake I got from Metropolis at Metrotown. Later, I play 30 minutes of my game time allowance. I play War Thunder so that I can try to get in the top 25% of all players. Later, I play with my LEGO’s while I drink some Fuze iced tea. This home is more than a home. It's a place to have fun, have cherished feelings and to be happy.
