Home Is Special

Home is not just a place we live in, it is more than that. Home is somewhere where we can express ourselves. When I get home it is like being wrapped in a warm blanket protecting me from my worries. Home is a place where you make memories and bonds with your loved ones. I always feel safe and loved when I'm in my home. We play board games and laugh together, we watch movies while eating popcorn. You don't need to have a grand home, all that matters is the people you're with. Sometimes those people might be mad or sad but they will always be there for you just like your home is there for you. I love to help my mom cook amazing food, smelling the aroma of all the spices. I help my dad with his hockey picks after supper. I love to hang out with my sister after school. Nobody's home is the same, all of our homes are unique and it is the memories in our homes that makes them special. I believe everybody should have a home so they can feel safe and loved.
