Meaning of Home

I didn’t know where my home was. I was only four years old when my dad moved out. He moved into a condo. I have to switch houses every weekend, It was hard. At my moms, we would cuddle up, watch a show, and go to bed early. But at my dads, I could stay up whenever I wanted. And eat whatever I want. But then I realized… Home doesn't have to be a place. Home is where you can feel safe. Home is family. Home is where you can eat whatever you want. Home is where you can lay on a comfy bed. Home is where you can watch T.V. Home is in your heart. My home is amazing! ` My home is where I can smell my moms food. Home is where I can taste the cold air from the window. Home is where I can see the beautiful picture of our house when you walk in. Home is where I can hear my moms keyboard clicking. Home is where I can feel my comfy bed. My Emotions. When I’m at home a bunch of feelings come rushing to me. I feel happy, sad, excited, and disappointed. My emotions are amazing and so is my home. I’m glad to have a home that is safe and loved. All the people in my home love me, and I love them too. You don’t have to let your home pick you, You can pick your own home! And now that I know my home is amazing! I can spend my time with my friends and family, and sports and school. I have an amazing home and I’m so glad I could share it with you!
