What Home Means to Me

What Home Means to Me Home means a lot to me, it’s not just a regular boring building; it’s a building filled with joy and many memories from the past. Some people might find their house boring, which is totally okay, but you’ve gotta appreciate your home, because you’re very lucky your parents got one. My home is a safe space for my family and me. We always play board games, laugh together, yell, and sometimes argue, but it’s okay, arguments happen. My home takes up a big space in my heart. I love how every time I get bored, I look around and my house always has stuff to play with to take up time. I will always remember those happy moments that I went through in my home. Every time I think about them, I let out a smile, grateful for my family and where I live. Sometimes I remember the sad moments, I get kind of sad and angry, but then I tell myself that it’s okay to be sad and upset. So I stop being upset and do something that makes me happy. So remember, if you’re upset, your home will have the needs that make you happy. My home is a space where I can rest when I'm sick or tired. My home always has medicine. If I'm feeling ill, it’ll always take care of me whatsoever. It will always have a way to heal me quickly, even if it’s just a building.
