Home is not a just a Structure

Home is a place where I can always feel safe. It is a place of caring and love and happiness. When I get home from school I always can't wait to find out what is for dinner. When it is something I don't really enjoy I say to myself, “Tomorrow we will have something I enjoy like steak and potatoes.” I don’t really mind sharing a room with my sister even though she is very annoying and always lies to me. I really enjoy playing with my mom, my dad and my little sister. I like boardgames and video games. Home is a place where you can talk about your feelings with a family member and maybe a friend or a teacher and if you feel angry or sad you can punch a pillow. Home is not a structure on the earth, it is a place where everyone can feel safe and comfortable and cozy. My Mom works from home. My mom loves our dogs, cats, horses and our chickens. My Dad is an electrician and he likes to play Zelda on the weekend and in his spare time. I am an 11 year old writing this because I hate seeing so many homeless people on the street. So that is why home is not just a structure it is a symbol of love and happiness and sadness and a lot more feelings, too.
