Where Love Meets Home

Home was my mask when Covid began. It protected me from uncertainty. I was five years old. Home was my security blanket when a classmate bullied me. It held me and comforted me. I was six years old. Home was my teacher when the bullying continued. It told me to be strong. I was seven years old. Home was my guidance when I struggled everyday from bullying. It showed me to think positive. I was eight years old. Home was my fencing protector when I learned to stand up for myself against bullying. I was nine years old. Home is my happy feet when I become strong and confident. It dances with me from sadness to happiness. I am 10 years old today. Home!
