My Home

My home is a welcoming place that would be grateful to have you over. When you walk in, you’d see my family coming to greet you. if you came to the kitchen, you'd see something in the oven and some food on the island, and the fridge would be loaded with plenty of food like celery, carrots and much more. When you come to my bedroom ,if I sat down on my bed it would feel like it gave you a hug and beside my bed I have a bookshelf packed with lots of great books such as ‘A Series of Unfortunate Events’. If you left my bedroom and went to the nearest room which is the Playroom you'd see some mini sticks and two nets, a bigger bookshelf ,and a lot of lego. Outside, you would smell of nature. You would feel the soft grass underfoot or the hard wood that makes up the deck. You would hear the birds sing and the sneaky squirrels running through the trees. If it’s summer you’d see the trampoline, but if it were winter you’d see a big hockey rink that Dad and I set up every year. Thank you Habitat for Humanity I hope you can build a home as great as mine.
