Meaning of Home

Home to me is not about where you live but who you live with. For some people when they think of home, they think about having a roof above their head or having food to eat. But when I think of home, I think about my family mostly me, my mom and my younger siblings but sometimes my older siblings when they come over to the house. They are old enough to live alone. Some smells you might sense would be… popcorn, noodles, Nutella, perfume, sushi, cupcakes, and BBQ (in the summer). Some sounds you might hear are… me and my older brother arguing (I always win them), me in my room blasting music along with my beautiful singing, the TV, my little brother throwing a tantrum 24 hours a day. Some feelings I feel in my household would be the heater running 24/7!!!! One memory that I have is when me and my older sibling went to the splash pad and my little brother splashed cold water on me. I was really mad at him and then he told me that one of those red half circle things would dry me off and he told me to go in but it got me wet instead. My home is the best I am so grateful I have one.
