What Home Means to Me

Home for me means health, prosperity, love and affection. When I'm at home I feel safe and loved when I meet my parents and when I play with my parents I feel joy because of the fabulous feeling of being at home. I feel at home even when I'm not, it’s the kind gestures that caring people do for me that makes me feel at home. Home is not just a house where you eat, sleep and play. It's a feeling that tingles inside where you feel relaxed and serene. I feel satisfied when I smell my moms cooking after coming back home. I feel at home when she surprises me with my favorite food with love and affection. I feel at home when my mom gives me warm hugs. My family makes me feel at home. I love when my brother plays games with me because it makes me feel at home. I feel everything my family feels when my mom makes cooking with love. When I eat it, it makes me feel happy. That's why me and my family try to cheer each other up, because when I help my mom or dad it makes me happy. This is what home means to me.
