What Home Means to Me

A house is just a structure, an object, a place where you do not want to be you! But a home is a place where you feel accepted, a place where you can be yourself, and a place where you will have great memories! A house tastes and smells bland, or even a taste you do not like, but a home can smell like saucy, spaghetti, and can taste like savoury, cheesy pizza. In a house, you hear terrible things that you really do not want to hear, and you also see bad things you don’t want to see, you can also see a place you're not familiar with, a place that can make you sad, but a home offers you to see family and friends hugging, you see them play together with you, and you hear thing like, “I love you”. In a house, you do not feel anything, or you might feel hate, but in a home, you feel respected, loved, and caring. For a home to be a home, you must feel good about living in it, but if you do not feel good about your “home” then you should not say “home sweet home”, and a home does not have to be your house, it can be anywhere you like it to be, as long as you like it.
