Meaning of Home

Home is my comfy bed and pillows. Talking, texting, drawing, doing makeup, and playing video games. My bed is full of plushies and colourful pillows. It smells of freshly washed blankets. Memories are made everyday. Even if they’re not great, they’re still made. Sometimes I daydream about my past years. Some are when I’m little, some are when I’m older. Home is the pictures in our house of me over the years. Some when I was a toddler and some from now. I stare at them for a while, I feel as if I’m inside of them. Family is the best part about home to me. My mum and dad are always there for me. When I'm with my family, I feel safe and protected. Home is the pets we have. Our dog Storm is super hyper and cute. I love her so much. She fills our house with her loud barks. I also have a bird named Branch. She doesn’t like many people, except my dad. She can also talk, and knows how to say her own name. Getting a day off is awesome if it’s with my mom. We watch movies and shows with our cozy blankets and eat yummy snacks. Home is having friends come over. I love having a sleepover or playdate at my house. My mom and dad get snacks for us. Even If it's just my aunt coming. We would play board games and draw for hours. We would watch movies as well. Home is doing arts and crafts. I love to paint so I'm always trying to get more art supplies. I also am into animating, which makes it hard for me to decide what I wanna be when I grow up. Art is my PASSION.
