What Makes My Home, A Home

When I walk home from school, I smell the fresh air, and a crisp breeze in my face of the glory of an outside world. I walk in the door of my home, And furry friend greets me. He slobbers all over me from the treat that I snuck out of my pocket. I am now home and before I go to hockey I must eat, So I take out a crepe and some grapes so I can eat to fill me up and give me fuel. I am now at hockey and you can hear my skates scrape against the ice. This rink is crispy and cold as my feet start to freeze, as well as my fingers cold and frostbite, but I'm still ready to go. After hockey we would go back home. There is NO place like home. I think I can’t wait to go to bed, I can’t wait to pet my dog, and I can't wait to eat at the dinner table with my family. We are now home and I see mom cooking up some food. It smells like heaven. We all sit down at the dinner table and its turkey dinner, the perfectly cooked turkey is steaming on my face while I eat it. After we eat, My family and I all watch a movie and eat buttery and salty popcorn together. It is now bedtime, my eyes watering because I'm so tired. The bags start to form after every second mom finally yells, “Time for bed!” I settle down in bed and fall asleep.
