The Meaning of Home

I see my house like a giant library filled with thousands of books with illustrations in some of the books. There are also chapter books, comic books , books with different languages in them such as Chinese and Mandarin. When I read these books, it makes me happy and joyful. The meaning of home reminds me of a soft light turquoise blue blanket and the meaning of home would be a giant fluffy teddy bear since it is not everywhere where you can get them. When I feel these objects, it makes me feel sleepy and calm. When I smell my dad cooking food, it reminds me of home. When I see unicorn and pig stuffies, it reminds me of my sister because she absolutely loves those kinds of animals. Also the meaning of home would be my dad and my grandpa cooking because not everyone cooks the same. Books also count as the meaning of home because my family owns a lot of books that you maybe couldn’t get in other places. My family and my cousins are the most important ones because they are the people I love and the people I feel close to.Chinese and mandarin is the meaning of home because I can understand what my family is saying and speaking. When I feel close to my family, I’m calm and relaxed because they are the people I know.
