Home, home is a place, home is my place where I belong the most. To me, home is somewhere I can eat the yummy food my mum makes for me, sleep in my cozy soft bed knowing I’m safe inside my home, drink fresh clean water or another drink, play with my family like WII or Nintendo. My home would not feel like this without my dear mum, my annoying sister, my sweet grandma, and my nice dad. My life would be totally different if my parents didn’t love me like they do, buy me all the things that I want, feed me all the yummy food they make for me, and treat me like how they treat me. In my home, me and my sister are constantly arguing about silly things. My sister and I also play Roblox together. We play Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me, Arsenal, Story games, and many more games on Roblox. My sister and I also see each other 24/7!! I see her in school as I’m in grade five and she’s in grade seven, I see her at home as we live together, I see her when I go out, and I see her all over the place! My sister and I do fight a lot and say some hurtful things but I do think that she still loves me. My dad buys me like EVERYTHING that I want, it just takes a little bit of persuading. My mom does the most for me, she buys me yummy food, she buys me some toys and or gift cards that I want, snacks like chips, chocolate, and many more, my mum cooks for me, she helps me with my homework if I ask. My dad also helps me with work because they are both teachers! In my home I have all the freedom I could possibly want, I can go anywhere and do anything I want in my home. All the people who I talked about helps me feel safe at home by doing what they do for me. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving me this opportunity to write about what home means to me.
