Meaning of Home

Hello, my name is Alexyn, and I want to tell you about the meaning of home. What I am going to talk about is family, pets, and memories. Firstly, family is important to me because we do fun stuff together like board games, movie nights, and outside activities. My family is very big when you include all of my uncles, aunties, cousins, and grandparents; however, most of them do not live in the same province as me. I especially miss my grandparents because they live in BC which is 2,304 km away. That means it takes 22 hours and 25 minutes by car to see them. Secondly, my pets are my favourite thing in the entire universe. I have two dogs named Lola and Molly. They are very cute, and I have a million photos of them. They mean everything to me. I do fun stuff with them like playing, cuddling, and going outside. My dogs are very funny and sometimes human-like. We include them in almost everything we do as a family. Lastly, there are many special memories in my home. It is where my parents got married, where we celebrate birthdays, where all my favourite things are and where I get to spend time with my family and my dogs. Home is where I feel safe, happy, and loved. In conclusion, I talked about family, pets, and memories. People that do not have a home can still have family and pets, but they need a place to make memories. These people could use your help so they can feel safe with the ones they love.
