My Meaning of Home

Home to me is the people I live with, the animals outside and the people that visit us. Home to me is the feeling of my soft pillow I use every night when I go to bed. Home to me is seeing pictures of my family that I can look at when they are not there. Home to me is smelling pancakes and eggs when I wake up in the morning. Home to me is hearing my mom’s garage door open after school so I know she is home. Home to me is talking to my family after school and saying what we did at school that day. Home to me is playing games and sports with my family on the weekends. Home to me is watching movies on weekends while eating popcorn with my family. Home to me is taking shots on my hockey net in my basement before my hockey games. Home to me is making snowmen and playing in snow forts in the winter. Home to me is playing mini sticks with my brother after school and on weekends. Home to me is going out to our barn and helping my dad feed the cows chickens and collect the chickens eggs. Home to me is playing games on our Nintendo with my brother and my sister. Home to me is going outside and playing on our trampoline in the summer with my brother and sister. Home to me is playing fetch with my dog outside in the summer and spring. Home to me is helping my dad fix tractors, combines and lawn mowers in his shop. Home to me is playing tag outside in the summer with my brother and sister. Home to me is playing hide and seek with my brother, sister and my neighbours.
