What does home mean to you?

To me it means a warm place to stay. It is alway open to you and will greet you with a pleasant sight to see. In my home I see my mom getting supper ready, my brother and sisters laughing and my dad washing up for a warm dinner of stew and potatoes. Your home is not a house, a house is just walls and a ceiling. A house only becomes a home when you and your family come in. There is always someone in my home whether it is my dad, my mom or maybe even my grandma and grandpa. Maybe there is an argument in your home. What I figured out is that no matter how bad or long an argument is, your family will always come together under that one roof that is your home. If you think about it, your home can provide all five senses. You can smell your mom cooking soup. You can feel your warm blankets at the end of the day. You can see my sister crawling to the door. You can taste a hot supper and you can hear my brother and sister playing together in the yard I've heard you have helped more than 500 families {that is amazing} but still many people don’t have a home. What you are doing, I think is great, not because of the reward I might get but because they are doing this for a great reason. The best thing you can do for them is spend a little time making an essay or poem. It's just that easy so you should maybe try it. I personally think that Habitat for Humanity should keep this up, you are doing a really good thing and a really good job!
