What Home Means to Me

Meaning of home is as sweet as sugar. My home loves me as much as I love it. In my home I smell home cooked meals on my way to my stomach. The meaning of home is playing with my brother and baby sister and I doing round offs and running around the living room. Home is a shared happiness of celebration at Christmas. We not only get gifts, we spend time with our loved ones and to be able to play and run around and not just Christmas, it's other holidays that are celebrated all round the world. Home makes me safe, it protects me from dangers like winds and storms, hurricanes and so much more! Home is where I eat, sleep ,and drink. Home is a shelter that I can live in. No matter how big or small I love my home. Home is where my family is : my mom, my dad, my sister and my brother. Home is where l play, I help, and I can be kind. Home is not a place to run from, it's a place to come to. Thank you habitat for humanity for making lots of progress and money to give a place for families to live.
