The Home Poem

The Home Poem Roof as dark as coal resting on hard brick walls Walls as sturdy as metal poles With insulation as soft as clouds Rooms for children to go and play Kitchen for you to bake and cook away Living room to watch movies and make memories a bathroom to shower or play in the tub a safe, cozy, kind community with lots of love A candle smelling like vanilla scrub With a fresh pie smell wafting out the window And that's a home ~Taylor.D
