Home is my Happy Place

Home is a place to feel safe, cozy, and loved. Home is a place to be happy with friends and family. Home is a place to eat yummy food and share stories with siblings and cousins. Home is a place to cuddle up by the warm fireplace. Home is where you laugh and grin with others. Home is a house and a yard. It is where I get to play outside in the cold pool on a hot summer day. Home is also a place to bundle up and go play outside in winter. We make snow angels and have snowball fights. Home is a place to play instruments and sing songs of joy. My home is a happy place. Habitat For Humanity builds houses, so others may have a happy place too! To them, I want to say thank you!
