Home a Comforting Space

Home isn't just a building to sweep, nor a place you have a bed to sleep. Home is where you can feel at ease, a place where it's safe to cry and weep. Home isn't just a place made of sticks and clay, it's where you and family can have fun and play. Cultures and backgrounds wreathe and twine, a place where memories go back in time. Home is where you can find the richest smiles, even when you have fights so wild. The comforting scent of traditional foods, from the Philippines, adobo, pancit, and puto too! Though not all homes and families are all the same, many cultures and backgrounds come into play. Home is a place where memories dance and waltz, not just a square made of wood nor walls. Hearts growing roots and shooting from the sky, home is where the love can never ever die. Feel happy not sad, you then won't feel bad, since home is a place where all should feel glad. No matter where you are, look, or sound, home is where one should be and feel found. You don't need to feel overwhelmed nor scared, since this is a place where everyone can talk and share. Home is where you can feel determined and strong, it's not a place where you are wrong. Every view is different, the good and the grim, but home shouldn't make you feel weak and thin. Tatay and koko may not look nor sound the same, but that's how some people say it in their own traditional ways. Home is a building you always see, the house, the numbers, and the name of the street. Moms, dads, sisters, and brothers, always will make sure to look out for each other.
