Home

Home is a place of love, kindness and many activities. There is always something going on at my house whether it is me and my sister watching tv or my family over to have nice supper and share about what happened the week before. Home is the sound of someone flipping a page of a book before we go to bed, a calm feeling that sometimes I wish would never end. Home tastes like a fresh batch of cookies right after it came out. When I eat a cookie and the hot chocolate chips drip all over my fingers. When I’m done, and I lick it off my fingers, there is nothing better. Home feels like a warm blanket wrapped over me as I fall asleep after a long day, it feels like a warm hug which feels the best. Whenever I go somewhere and come back home, home smells just right like the perfect smell. Nothing smells better. Home looks like my family sharing about each other’s days. It could be a good day, it could be bad day- but whether a good or bad day- going home to the people that live in my house is what makes it a home.
