The Question

What does home mean to you? Home could be a place or even a feeling Home isn’t just a building with walls and a ceiling. Home isn’t just a four letter word It's a place where you matter and will be heard Home is where memories are made Home is a place where you don’t need to be afraid. Home could be a home cooked meal Let's be honest, that's a pretty good deal Home could be calm, relaxing and quiet Or home could be loud, wild, and even a riot. Home is a place if you need a little love When you had a push and a shove. Of course other homes can be fun But our own home, will always be number 1 Home could be a fresh batch of cookies, yum Or even a nice warm hug from your mum Home is the start of our day and the end The place if you need a friend Home is a place where we can learn and grow It happens as time goes Home can be joy, or sadness Or even a big dark wave of madness But most importantly home is where You will find someone who always cares. Home could be a place or even a feeling Home isn’t just a building with walls and a ceiling. Home isn’t just a four letter word It's a place where you matter and will be heard Tell me, what does home mean to you?
