What a Home Means to Me

A house is a building with floors, walls and a roof, but a home is where I feel safe and loved by my family. Home is where I watch movies with my family. Home is where I play Mario Kart with my brother and my mom. Home is where I play outside with my sister and brother. Home is where my sister and I go sledding on snowy days. Home is where I can go outside and play with my dogs in the snow. Home is where we have warm home cooked meals. Home is where I can play basketball with my team. Home is where my family and I go side-by-siding. Home is where I wake up. Home is where I go to sleep. Home is where my dog snuggles up with me at night. Home is where I have clean water to drink. Home is where I feel loved, safe and comfortable. Home is where I can play basketball outside with my family. Home is where I get ready. I am so grateful to have a home and a loving family.
