The Meaning Of Home

The meaning of home to me is about being together, and my cats: Clover, Raven, and Jake. In my home, I have a cozy bed to sleep on at night. We should all have a warm bed to stay comfortable in, but not everyone does. Everyone should have a warm house to live in, with a family to rely on. That’s not all what home is about. Home is where you feel safe. Being safe is important. We all need a home, but that doesn’t always happen. Some people don’t have a home. Instead, they are on the sidewalk with a sign that says “PLEASE HELP”. People are starving. Homeless people don’t have the amount of food we have. While we have all these varieties of food and warmth, they don’t. They are cold and hungry. We need to start helping homeless people. They don’t have the things they need. Another thing is that we need family to be together in a house. A family to trust. A house keeps us safe from storms and rain. Homeless people don’t have shelter, that is sad. A home is where a family is. Families should stick together, not fall apart. Family is important because God made us to be together, not alone. The thing we need a lot is the Bible. It tells us about God the Father. He will save us. We should also pray for homeless people. Tell them about God, and give them a Bible. Tell them to pray to God and tell them to ask Him for help. Give them advice on what to do to stay warm. Offer them food or eat with them at a food place. Help them however you can. This is why home is important.
