Home is my Safe Place

Home is where I feel safe and loved. My favourite memory is when we had a Halloween hunt when it was covid at my house. We go fishing when we go camping. I like to catch fish.I like to play video games and play on my Ipad. I make cookies with my mom. We watch movies as a family. My favourite belongings are my Ninendo switch Lite and my skateboard. My skateboard is black and has a really neat design with red in it. When I am able to, I ride my skateboard all the time. I also have an Oilers puck that I got 3 years ago. I love to eat spaghetti and meatballs my father makes for me. My mom makes homemade pizza and bread that is so good. Halloween is my favourite holiday because you get lots of candy and dress up. Christmas is also one of my favourites because you get to spend time with family. I lived in 4 homes. I used to live in Ontario when I was little and moved to Alberta. It's a big and newer house. My house is grey and has a white garage door. The only sound I can hear is my dog barking. When I think about families that don’t have a home, I feel sad and bad that they don't feel safe. Home is a great place to be and I feel cared for and loved.
