My Home My Senses

My Home My Senses Sight: What I see is love. Also love can look like your parents hugging you. It can also look comfort. That comfort can look like cozy blankets and fluffy teddy bears. Hear: I could hear my family laughing at funny jokes. I Can hear my culture songs. That my mom sings nonstop (she loves to sing.) Smell: I can smell curry in the pot. It smells like my mom put all the spices in. Also, I can smell the white flowers all over the house. It smells like Jasmene my dad told me. Touch: What I feel is safe. Safe can feel like your parents holding your hand when you are scared. I can feel comfort. Comfort can look like a nap after a hard day at school on your cozy couch. Taste: I can taste culture. The taste of my culture is rice and curry. The rice is hot. The curry is the opposite. But it is very spicy sometimes. So, I call my mom the spice queen. Thank habitat for humanity for building a home so family can have wonderful memories just like mine.
