What does home mean to me?

What does home mean to me? Well this is what home means to me. If you were to ask me if home were a sight it would be the moving pictures on my TV early on Saturday mornings. Following along with me seeing my dad and my mom working hard in the kitchen, to make delicious food for me and my sister. If you asked me if home were a sound I would reply that I hear the laugh of me and my sister playing any sorts of fun games. It also reminds me of my sister laughing at funny cartoons on Monday, Friday and Saturday afternoons. If you were to ask me if home were a feeling I would comment that I fell the warm blanket that I cuddle up in when I go to sleep. I also feel the smooth surface if a spoon or fork that I use to eat delicious food. If you were to ask me if home were a taste, then I would say that I taste the yummy chocolate cake that my dad makes on Saturday afternoons. It also reminds me of the taste in my mouth, the taste of my life that feels like it never ends. If home were a smell then it’s the sweet smell of almond cookies coming out of the oven, along with the wood walls in my cozy, warm, relaxed apartment. This is what home means to me. We may not agree but that is what I think.
