The Home Poem

Home feels like a soft, fuzzy blanket as me and my family are all gathered on the couch for movie nights, and the smell of buttery popcorn. If home were a sight, it would be me and my family laughing as we make jokes and play monopoly. If there was one taste to describe home, it would be the taste of soft, chewy chocolate chip cookies, fresh out of the oven. If I had to think of one sound to describe home, it would be the crunch, crunch of me and my family eating warm, cheesy nachos that are fresh out of the oven. This is what home feels like to me. What does home feel like to you? But some people don't have that and that's why Habitat for Humanity is helping people by giving them homes instead of houses.
