What a home means to me.

What a home means to me By:Kaylee Carreiro Having a home is an amazing thing to have in your life! In my essay I will talk about safety, memories and stuff or things in my home. Safety, in its widest sense, concerns the happiness, contentment and freedom of mankind. My house feels safe because I have windows that lock,doors that lock and my parents are there. A second reason my home feels safe to me is because I have two tiny dogs but they bark really loud so it would wake me up. I also have two cats even though one would attack and one would sleep. A third reason is because I have stuff to protect me in my room. Another reason is that I feel safe because I have plenty of stuffed animals that I sleep with so they make me feel safe. I love the safety in my home. I believe that without memories there is no life, and that our memories should be of happy times. My home has many memories that I'm so thankful for. If I never made memories in my home whatsoever it wouldn't be a home it would just be a house to me. Memories are a big thing that are a part of any home in the world. Sometimes there may be many memories that you don't want to forget,and with a home you can remember all of your memories as long as you're there. Like the day my sister learned to talk. My birthdays and my sister's birthdays are also memories that I have. At the birthdays me and my sister had ice cream cake with chocolate sprinkles. Another thing that me and my sister did at the birthday parties was open presents and ate pizza before eating cake. Now that's a memory I would never want to lose!I would never want to forget any of those memories. Even though I may move I am super grateful for all the memories I have in my home. I am super thankful for stuff or items in my home! I am thankful for these things because if not I would have to sit on the floor, and if I sit on the floor I would never be comfortable. In my house I have so many things like a table,toys,couch and much more. Everything in my home has a memory in my brain.I think everyone should have some furniture in their home. Some memories I have with my furniture sitting and eating or playing on my furniture like it's a jungle gym. The best thing I love about having furniture is that you can sleep on it or sit on it. Having furniture is a good thing to have.I know people don't have many items or things in their house and I am super sorry for the people that have a home but no furniture.I think that they should have stuff or items in their home. Having some furniture is a good thing to have because if you dont you would have to sit on the floor and no one likes to sit on the floor. That is why I am super thankful for the things in my house. Even though I know some people have no home, I'm SUPER grateful for everything I have. I also feel like all people, good or bad, should have a home. That is my meaning of home essay.
