The Meaning Of Home

The meaning of a home is a place to be. A place of joy. The meaning of a home is a warm place to stay dry. The foundation of my feet. The meaning of a home is a place I can go to when I’m done school. The meaning of a home is to watch cheesy old movies my parents think we’ll love so much, and we do. The meaning of a home is to snuggle with my little adorable puppy. Home is great and loved and goofy and perfect. Home is where I make and store my memories. Home is where I get to be alone with my toys and stuff for lots of years to be. Home is where I treasure my life since one to eleven and I will endure for the years to come making memories and have great laughs. The meaning of a home is to have fun sleepovers with my awesome friends and walk to seven eleven and buy a bunch of candies and stay up till 3. Home is where I get to laugh, cry, smile, and be myself. Home is where I don’t have to pretend anymore. Home is where I feel ok. Home is where I bake with my mom and watch her make her famous Christmas cookies (they're not actually famous but they should be). Home is where I sit in my room and watch shows on my tablet (I’m either doing that or building Lego friends). That’s home to me, what’s home to you?
