What is Home to Me?

A house is just a structure. A home is where the heart is. Home, where you are loved and are safe. Home is warm. Home is where you go if you're sad or need cuddles and love. When I am sad I go home and my family is standing there with open arms for me. When I wake up I wait for my mom to come to my room to give me a kiss and a hug then she leaves for work. I love my home because it's warm, loving, and has caring people in it. My favorite parts of my home are my family, when we have family game night it brings us all joy and happiness. At home I love to watch shows with my family, I like to play dolls, I love to play with extended family too. That is why I love my home. I wrote this essay for the people in Canada that don't have a home to get 10 dollars raised to build a home. I wish you Canadians luck with building your new home. Soon you will have a home just like me. So that is what home means to me.
