WHAT HOME MEANS TO ME

Home is a place where I get a great big juicy hug from my mom or dad when I come home from school. Home is a place where I don’t have to worry if there will be food on the table or a roof over my head every day. In my home, I have 2 hilarious and sometimes rowdy brothers. I also have one fabulous sister who is an amazing artist. I am always pushing my sister’s buttons because it annoys her! Home smells like fresh cookies and cinnamon buns! When I walk through the doors of my house, I can feel love closing in on me with the sweet smell of burning candles wafting towards me. Home is a place where me and my bros have sleepovers on the weekend and stay up really late. Home is where I bake cookies with my mom and work on a building project with my dad. When I am at home I know I am loved by everybody and treated as an equal. At home there is no limit to my imagination and I can dream as big as I want and achieve any goal! My home means so much to me. It it more than a building with walls, it is the love of the people surrounding me. And that is my story of what home means to me!
