Meaning of Home

Do you know the true definition of home? There is no right answer. To me home has hundreds of definitions, but I will share with you the definitions that I consider most important and meaningful. My home to me is like a shell to a snail. It walks with me on my journey through life. I think of my home as a safe shelter, a place where family and friends can live and grow. Home is the safest place I can think of. I sleep safely without the fear of being robbed. I live inside my home without worries. I trust my home completely. That is where I eat, sleep and do most of my things. It’s done many necessary things for me. It’s also where my family is. My family and I live in our home. That’s where we talk, we learn and we grow. I have the most fun at home. I play with my father and mother. I love running down the hallway with my dad running after me in pursuit. I play with them and help them. I help them relieve stress after a hard day of work. They also help me by quizzing me for my school work. In my home, everyone helps each other and it’s everyone’s responsibility to make each other happy.
